When the businesses failed in 1894, the family moved to malin, Italy within a year still without having completed secondary school. Einstein failed the examination that would have allowed him to pursuer a course of study leading to a diploma as an electrical engineering at the Swiss federal institute of technology. He returned to the Swiss federal institute technology in 1886, from where he graduated in 1900. For this next couple of years, he taught mathematics and physics in a secondary school .In 1902 he obtained a post at the Swiss patent office in Bern. Einstein submitted one of his scientific papers to the University of Zurich to obtain a PhD degree in 1905. In 1908 he sent a second paper to the university Bern and become a lecturer there. He received regularly appointment as associate professor of physics at the University of Zurich in 1909.in 1922 Einstein received novel prize in physics. The refrigerator he invented in 1926 worked as an absorption refrigerator and required no moving parts or electricity to operate. All it required was heat to work. Therefore, it only needed something such as a small gas burner. His former student jointly helped with his invention of the refrigerator. Overall, Albert Einstein lived as one of the most acclaimed physicists of our time. Ultimately, he lived as a great thinker, discoverer, and inventor.
